Experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultants
Location: Essex
We are a successful Healthcare Recruitment agency, specialising in the supply of both temporary and permanent staff to the NHS and Private sectors.
We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants with at least some industry knowledge, but ideally with 1- 4 years recent Healthcare Recruitment experience.
To be considered you will need to be an experienced recruiter who is familiar with the full cycle of recruitment including:
- Sourcing candidates
- Business development
- Client meetings
- Short listing
- Candidate placement
- Developing new client & candidate relationships
In return you will have the opportunity to work as part of a successful and expanding team, whilst recruiting for both the temporary and permanent healthcare sectors.
The successful candidate will inherit an established client base and you will be responsible for your own income generation.
