I have been in my position as the Critical Care Clinical Lead Nurse Since May 2011.  I was recruited by Medics Pro to set up and develop a new service here at the Lister Hospital for brand new state of the art Critical Care Unit.  One of my main roles since joining has been to recruit the first dozen nurses for the unit and oversee their professional development. My ongoing role is developing and changing as the unit grows and becomes more established. 
I received excellent support through the recruitment process and established a very good working relationship from the recruiter for Medics Pro ‘Hayden Joseph’, this relationship continues as Hayden has placed a number of nurses into positions on the unit.

I look forward to continue to work alongside MedicsPro and continue the professional working relationship we have here at the Lister Hospital Chelsea.
