- Exciting Opportunity for Band 6 Community Physio
MedicsPro Recruitment are currently looking for a Band 6 physiotherapist to work in a leading NHS Trust, as part of their therapies team.
Successful candidate will be working with an adults aged population in the community, supporting a frailty, falls and reablement caseload.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Ongoing locum contract.
Essential
* 2+ years post graduate experience
* Previous NHS or Private Sector Experience
* HCPC Registration
* Enhanced DBS (clear)
Qualifications
* Relevant degree in Physiotherapy
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting different community settings such as: frailty, rapid response / admission avoidance, intermediate care, falls prevention through to preventative action and support for self-management of long-term conditions.
* Advanced assessment and treatment of patients, education of patients and relevant stakeholders, provision of assistive devices and equipment
* Working with other services and agencies.
* Understanding the importance of working within an MDT
