Description
Inpatient workload of 5-7 inpatients on a haemato/oncology ward shared with general medicine. Inpatient chemotherapy but not intensive chemotherapy, such as AML induction.

60 patients registered patients with bleeding disorders, who are managed in a shared care with UHD, and advice is accessible 24-7.

Liaison haematology is a large aspect to this job with teams in the hospital, GP referrals and Advice and Guidance.

Blood film reporting 5 films per day from experienced BMS.
