- Exciting Opportunity for SCBU Nurses Band 5 at Grange Hospital
Are you an experienced SCBU Nurse (Band 5) looking for a flexible and rewarding role? MedicsPro is currently recruiting skilled RCN Nurses with recent hospital experience for both full-time agency work and extra shifts at Grange Hospital.
This opportunity is to cover Monday - Sunday, Day shifts, during the hours of 8am-8pm. Various Working Shifts Available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cares for newborn babies with a range of health concerns from birth until they are released from the NICU.
* Provides comfort, support, and care to infants with serious health conditions.
* Communicates and cooperates with other healthcare professionals.
* Administer, prepare & check treatments and medications prescribed by physicians.
* Educates parents and family members about infant care.
* Uses advanced equipment and technology.
* Managing a baby's fluids
* Recording observations and documenting a baby's care
* Initiating appropriate basic resuscitation in an emergency

- Preferable Experience: At least 12 months of relevant UK experience in an NHS hospital setting on a SCBU ward
- Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Children's Nursing Needs to of completed either 405 or QIS and can provide a certificate
